AIR BAG

摘要

A method of manufacturing an air bag by weaving on a loom which comprises forming at least an upper (10) and lower (12) fabric simultaneously and causing the two fabrics to be combined in selected areas of a desired shape (14) whereby to define and enclose or substantially enclose space. The air bags are preferably circular and are woven on jacquard looms. By controlling weave density permeability of the fabric can be selected to preclude the need for a coating.
