<p>PURPOSE: To reinforce a hose assembly by providing a coating radially dispersed from the outer periphery to an inner liner throughout the entire braided layer on the hose assembly. CONSTITUTION: An inner liner 12 can be bent by a coating 14 and a braided layer 13 without being twisted. That is, the coating 14 dispersed throughout the entire braided layer 13 provides strength to the inner liner in bending. A hose assembly 10 having the finishing contour and in which hoop strength of a tubular member 11 is increased is manufactured by using the polymer coating 14 dispersed throughout the entire braided layer 13, as a result, the tubular member 11 can be bent without twisting the inner liner 12. Moreover, the outer coating 14 increases working pressure of the hose. That is, the coating 14 provides strength and adapts the inner liner 12 to pressure fluid. Moreover, the coating 14 prevents abrasion of the tubular member 11.</p> |
