On the slot (4) is placed a packing with lips (13, 14), the edge (15, 16) of which is covered with magnets (17, 18) having an attracting action. Arm (5) passing through the slot (4) is provided with magnets (21, 22), which locally move the lips (13, 14) apart. This prevents friction and deformations.
