REMOVING OF LIPID IN BLOOD PLASMA

摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently remove lipid with simple operation and make gelling characteristics of plasma protein not to vary by adding hydrophilic synthetic polymer gel bonded with hydrophobic group into blood plasma and adsorbing lipid. CONSTITUTION:Hydrophilic synthetic polymer gel bonded with hydrophobic group such as phenyl group or butyl group (e.g. 'Butyl Toyopal(R)' of TOSOH Co.) is added into blood plasma and lipid is adsorbed, then removed to afford blood plasma containing a slight lipid used for additive of foods. Using amount of adsorbent is 1-20wt.% and treating time is 1-60min.
