PURPOSE:To provide the subject monoclonal antibody capable of quickly, easily and specifically determining human lymphotoxin (hLT), composed of an antibody-producing polydoma and having bi-specificity consisting of a specificity against hLT and a specificity against a substance to enable the diagnosis of hLT. CONSTITUTION:The above polydoma produces an antibody against e.g. enzyme, fluorescent substance or radioactive nuclide. The above hybrid monoclonal antibody is produced from a trioma prepared by fusing an anti-hLT antibody producing hybridoma to a spleen cell of mouse immunized with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The immunological diagnosis of hLT can be quickly, easily and specifically carried out by using said hybrid monoclonal antibody. |
