The anchoring system consists in establishing, at the end of each steel wire, a radial expansion or "cabota", after which said cable has passed in a tight-fitting manner through the corresponding hole in the classical anchoring plate, this expansion or "cabota" 2 acting as retention or anchoring stop for the steel wire. The complementary machine incorporates a presser system 4 and a shaping piston 5, the former acting on a jaw 6-6' to fix the cable and the second acting on a punch 10 which strikes the free end of the aforesaid cable, giving rise to the stamping of the "cabota" 2. <IMAGE>
