PURPOSE: To provide a prosthesis material to stimulate a bone to grow inside with a sufficient speed, by providing effective quantity of osteogenesis factor extract(OFE) which is contained in a carrier approved in pharmaceutical sciences and a porous stress supporting material. CONSTITUTION: This prosthesis material is transplanted as a bone exchange material and metal and metal alloy as the stress supporting material include titanium stainless steal, titanium, cobalt, chrome or molybdenum. The, weight ratio of the osteogenesis factor extract(OFE) to the carrier is about 1:5 to 1:100. Furthermore, the carrier approved in the pharmaceutical sciences is ceramics including collagen and this ceramics are hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate, or their mixture. This prosphasis may be composed of a substantially pure osteogenesis active protein, an effective quantity of TGF-β, a carrier approved in the pharmaceutical sciences and a porous stress supporting material. |
