The varnish comprises an impregnating agent based on diglycide ether of bisphenol A combined with epoxy novolak resins, linear polyesters with carboxyl and hydroxyl groups, and amine derivatives. This facilitates prep. of prepregs of high flexibility. The prepregs also show diminished flow under pressure, and good adhesion to copper leads.
