PURPOSE:To enable the facilitated mass-production of lithium alloy plate suitable for a negative electrode by pressurizing a piled material in the pile direction under the condition that the electrolytic solution exists between a lithium plate and a metal plate. CONSTITUTION:An aluminium plate 1, a solution protecting material 2 made of an insulating member, a lithium plate 3 and a washer 4 are arranged to be piled up in order in a hole 6 provided in a metal guide plate 5. Stainless steel plates 7, 7 are positioned on and under that guide plate 5 to be a unit, and from several steps to several tens steps of this unit are piled up and fixed by fastening bolts 9 to through holes 8, and guide plates 5 and the stainless steel plates 7, 7 are electrically connected and while a piled material 10 is pressurized in the pile direction. Next, this piled material 10 is dipped in an electrolytic solution vessel 12 housing the electrolytic solution 11 to obtain a lithium-aluminium alloy plate. Thereby, the mass-production of a lithium alloy plate suitable for a negative electrode can be facilitated. |
