PURPOSE:To ensure the high reliability of communication even when a travelling object is moving at high speed by applying position registration, calling and incoming call for the specified number of times repetitively and bringing a processing into the processing at high speed travelling mode when excellent communication state is not obtained. CONSTITUTION:Each radio base station 30-n at the surrounding receiving the instruction of monitoring reception monitors and receives a signal in a frequency f1, reports the signal to the communication quality monitor section of a mobile radio equipment, measures and compares the monitoring reception quantity from each radio base station 30-n and checks whether or not the communication quantity of the frequency f1 is excellent than a prescribed reference level. When the communication quantity is not excellent, a high speed moving mode control channel(CH) is used and the instruction is given to the radio base station 30-n. The radio base stations 30-n receiving the instruction monitor and receive the signal and report the result to a mobile radio equipment by using one or plural high speed mobile mode control signals by means of diversity option. |
