PURPOSE: To obtain a complete leakage resistance by providing pressing a plastic intermediate plate toward a periphery of an ink duct cylinder, and providing a plastic sealing strip member at a lower edge of a metal plate. CONSTITUTION: In order to bring a front edge 6a of a plastic intermediate plate 6 into contact with a periphery of an ink duct cylinder 1 so as not to leak, a pressing means is provided. The means has a first pin 9 for regulating an interval with a spring 10. The spring 10 urges a head 9a of the pin 9 to a vertical part 6b of the plate 6. A leak-tightness with a separate die and a base 2 of an ink duct is achieved by a plurality of plastic sealing strip members 25, 26 for preventing leakage.
