<p>PURPOSE:To secure a degree of freedom of an operation of individual movable axes of a robot by a method wherein a transformer is constituted, in a hollow cylindrical shape, of a primary winding part and a secondary winding part which are respectively independent and it is mounted between an arm and a wrist part of the robot. CONSTITUTION:A transformer 10 is constituted, in a cylindrical shape, of the following: a hollow cylindrical primary winding part 11 on which a primary winding part and a core 17 are wound and mounted; a hollow cylindrical secondary winding part 12 which comes into contact with the primary winding part 11 so as to be turned freely and on which a secondary winding part and a core 18 are wound and mounted. The primary winding part 11 and the secondary winding part 12 are mounted in such a way that an arm 31 of a robot 40 supports the primary winding part and a wrist part 32 of the robot 40 supports the secondary winding part in respective hollow parts 13, 14; a cable wire 41 from a power supply 42 along the arm 33 of the robot 40 is connected to the primary side; a cable wire 43 leading to a welding gun 44 via the wrist part 32 is connected to the secondary side. Thereby, the cable wire 43 is not twisted before an axis of rotation of the wrist part 32; a degree of freedom of an operation of individual movable axes of the robot can be secured as desired.</p> |
