The invention relates to an orientable fin 3 for a sailboard 1. The orientable fin 3 is secured to a radial arm which swings about the vertical axis 4, inside the fixed casing 12. Permanent magnets define three possible orientations for this arm, namely a neutral central position, and two right and left stop positions. The position of the fixed magnetic stops is adjustable. Application: the fin 3 passes automatically from one of its three possible fixed positions to another. <IMAGE>
