PURPOSE:To apply decoration finish to an extruded plate for enabling the use thereof as a finish material by constituting a heater panel with an extruded aluminum plate having a heater housing part elongated in an extruding direction and a heater housed therein. CONSTITUTION:A panel body 1 is made of an aluminum plate extruded in an arrow direction. In manufacturing the aluminum extruded plate 1, a die is used to form a long hole 2 thereon. The diameter of the hole 2 is made somewhat larger than heater diameter and a heater 3 is housed within the hole 2. In order to keep uniform temperature within the panel 1, the pitch of the hole 2 is selected to be within 100mm. Also, the upper surface of the extruded plate 1 is made flat, and the heater housing part 2 is provided on the lower surface of the plate 1 and filled with an insulation material 4. As a result, the surface heat generation condition of the flat surface can be kept good. The extruded plate 1 when applied with various types of decoration, becomes a finish material having beautiful appearance. As the panel body 1 is made of aluminum, the heat conductivity thereof is good and temperature within the panel 1 becomes uniform. Consequently, a heater panel free from deformation due to heat can be obtained. |
