摘要 PURPOSE: To effectively damp vibration energy of blades by forming a disk, blades, a damper, pockets formed in necks of the blades, a rotor seal and a tab, and forming the damper to be movable between adjacent blades. CONSTITUTION: Rims 28, 30 of a damper 26 fit in two facing pockets 24 molded in facing necks 16 of adjacent blades 10, and are positioned at external ends of the damper 26. An inner foot 32 of the damper 26 is retained between a rotor seal 34 and a disk rim. Due to a pocket defined by the rotor seal 34 and an extension forming lug portion 48 extending in a side face of a lug 50 of a fixed portion 14 of the blade 10, the movements of an internal end portion of the damper 26 towards a rotor axial direction and peripheral direction are restricted, and the position of the internal end of the damper is determined. As a consequence, the damper 26 is retained within a pocket space while floating in a comparatively free way, thus absorbing vibration energy of the blades 10 by effective damping.
