PURPOSE:To prevent the looseness of the whole motor by regulating a biasing force between a rotor and a connector to a desired biasing force through a contact-bonding force regulating member. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor 30 is composed of a connector 34 having a piezoelectric element 31, a collar 32 and a beam 33, a rotor 35, a through bolt 36 and a contact-bonding force regulating nut 37, a turning prevention device 38, etc. Said turning prevention device 38 is composed of a gripping member 51, a collar 52 and a fixing bolt 53, and arranged within a recess 47. Also, said gripping member 51 is formed into an annular shape by means of material composed of elastic body such as rubber material or elastoplastic body. |
