PURPOSE: To provide a pump for injection that can directly set up a braking element and adjust positions of the element both in desired and reverse directions of the movement of an injector's piston. CONSTITUTION: A rod is equipped with a braking pipe 15 that is guided in a driving element 10. A spring 23 is placed inside this braking pipe and one end of the spring is bonded to the braking pipe 15. A motion part 9 is set on a slide part 8. A braking element 21 can be directly, and uninterestedly to movement of the driving element 10, released by the motion part 9. Thus, the piston of an injector can be position-adjusted, prior to a primary injection process, not only in the injector's set direction but also in the reverse direction to the same.
