PURPOSE: A hopper device is provided to remove fine ores to be deposited in an inclined part under a furnace-top hopper by contracting and expanding a soft part. CONSTITUTION: A hopper device comprises a container body, an opening and closing unit, and a foreign material removing unit. The opening and closing unit is arranged in the container body. The foreign material removing unit is arranged in one side of the opening and closing unit in order to maintain a sealing property. The container body is a furnace-top hopper(100). The opening and closing unit comprises a disc(300) and a packing(350). The opening and closing unit is coupled to an inclined part(120).
