PURPOSE:To improve the effect of recurrent reflection by forming a road marking with the mixed grains of the specific weight% of glass beads with the ball-shaped glass fine-grains of the specific weight%, and glass crushed grains with a specific gravity and a grain size which almost approximate those of the glass beads. CONSTITUTION:A flat wooden plate is coated with commercial white marking- paint in the thickness of approx. 2mm. After that, the ball-shaped glass beads of approx. 710mum-350mum, and the crushed grains of the glass scraps of the transparent bottle of approx. 710mum-350mum are mixed with each other so that they may respectively be of approx. 50-90weight%, and 50-10weight%, and the plural kinds of mixed grains are made be every approx. 10weight% Then, the mixed grains are sprinkled over, and on it, extra mixed grains are screened off, and on the surface of the white marking-paint, the extra grains are uniformly fitted to dispersed, and they are perfectly dried to be marking materials. |
