PURPOSE:To obtain a poly-phase structure having excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, rigidity, molding and processing properties by kneading a specific polyamide resin with a specific ethylene copolymer and a partially crosslinking agent comprising a specific polyfunctional compound in a molten state by a specific method. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100 pts.wt. composition obtained by kneading A1: 60-20 pts.wt. polyamide resin having >=1.5 concentration ratio of end COOH to end NH2 with A2: 40-80 pts.wt. ethylene copolymer comprising 40-90wt.% ethylene, 5-60wt.% alpha-beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester and 0.3-10wt.% maleic anhydride in a molten state is blended in a molten state with (B) 0.01-20 pts.wt. polyfunctional compound containing two or more functional groups (e.g. NH2) reactive to carboxylic acid anhydride group and COOH to give 100 pts.wt. composition, which is kneaded in a molten state with (C) 50-1,000 pts.wt. polyamide resin to give a poly-phase structure wherein the polyamide forms a matrix phase, the ethylene copolymer constitutes a primary dispersion phase and the rest of the polyamide makes a secondary dispersion phase in which the polyamide is further dispersed in the primary dispersion phase. |
