PURPOSE:To obtain the conduit tube of the transfusion set which has excellent resilience and adsorbs less drugs by forming the inside surface layer of the conduit tube of a thin layer of polyolefin and forming the outside surface layer of unplasticized soft polyvinyl chloride(PVC) without contg. plasticizers, such as dioctyl phthalate. CONSTITUTION:The conduit tube of this transfusion set is formed by laminating and adhering the cylindrical inside surface layer 1, an adhesive layer 2 and the cylindrical outside surface layer 3. The inside surface layer 1 can be formed of linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE), LDPE, polypropylene or its copolymer, ethylene/carbon monoxide copolymer, etc., for which particularly the LLDPE is adequately used. The materials for the adhesive layer 2 include a vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer, chlorinated PE, etc. The outside surface layer 3 is formed of the unplasticized non-rigid PVC which contains the vinyl chloride resin and an ethylene-carbon monoxide/alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer, and in which the ethylene/carbon monoxide/alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer is compounded at 40 to 200 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin. |
