PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an outdoor equipment and a pipeline for refrigerant, and to maintain the high heat-exchanging efficiency of an air conditioner by a method wherein the blade of the air conditioner is constituted of a combination of a self- control resistance heating element and a self-control resistance low-thermal element, both being formed out of a semiconductor fine ceramic material. CONSTITUTION:A blower 10 consisting of a motor 11 and a blade 12 is housed in the housing 9 of an air conditioner. The blade 12 comprises in combination a part constituted of a self-control resistance heating element 13 and a part constituted of a self-control resistance low-thermal element 14, both being formed out of a semiconductor fine ceramic material. When the motor 11 is driven to rotate the blade 12, air introduced through an inlet port 20 is blown from a blowing port 21. If power is supplied to the self-control resistance heating element 13 by switches 17 and 16, heat is generated to effect the heating of a room and, if the self-control resistance low- thermal element 14 is electrified, the cooling of a room is effected. Accordingly, an outdoor equipment and a pipeline for refrigerant are unnecessary to be installed, and the dimensions of the air conditioner can be reduced and its high heat-exchanging efficiency can be maintained. |
