<p>PURPOSE: To attain the digitization of a dynamic signal after accidental amplification by providing a voltage dividing means which generates plural fixed secondary voltages, rectifying means which selects one of the secondary voltages, and logic circuit which digitizes each single sample to be digitized from among the secondary voltages, and generates a control signal to the rectifying means. CONSTITUTION: A signal amplified by an amplifier 1 is transmitted to the inputting part of a sampler blocker 2, and the outputting part is connected with the inputting part of an A/D converter 3. For example, a voltage dividing circuit having five serial resistance Rl-R5 grounds the output side of a voltage source 5, the outputting part of the voltage source 5 and each branch point of mutual connection is connected with the inputting part of each of 5 amplifying plugs A1 -A5 . The outputting parts of comparators C1 -C5 are connected with the input side of a logical gate circuit 7 suitable for the selection of a voltage VR to be inputted to the inputting part of an A/D converter 3 from among the voltages obtained at the input side of a multiplexer 6, and suitable for the supply of the display signal of a gain value G to be added to each digital word N(V0) outputted by the A/D converter 3. Thus, the digitization of a large dynamic signal can he attained in the A/D converter 3 and each selecting circuit of a reference voltage.</p> |
