<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a base material for an interior material excellent from the aspect of a wt., cost and physical properties and having no surface roughness by impregnating a glass fiber mat with a urethane modified unsaturated polyester resin and laminating the resin impregnated glass fiber mat to both surfaces of a heat-moldable polyurethane foam sheet and subsequently integrating the laminated product by heat press molding. CONSTITUTION:A urethane modified unsaturated polyester resin 3 wherein a polyol component and an isocyanate component are mixed is uniformly infiltrated in a glass fiber mat 2 between release sheets 4 each composed of a polyethylene or polypropylene film in an amount of 50-400g/m<2>, pref., about 150-250(R)/m<2>. Next, the release films are removed and the resin impregnated glass fiber mats are laminated to both surfaces of a heat-moldable polyurethane foam sheet and the whole is inserted in a heat press mold 9 heated to 120-160 deg.C, pref., 130-150 deg.C to be subjected to heat press molding for 30sec-5min, pref., 30sec-2min and demolded to take out a molded base material for an interior material.</p> |
