<p>PURPOSE:To smooth a hinge mounting work by a method wherein the position of the hinge member of a door held by a carrying means is measured by a measuring means, and based on the measuring information, memory information is corrected by a control means. CONSTITUTION:A control means sets memory information responding to kind-of- car-command information from a host. A door carrying means A receives a door D at a door receiving spot Q1 to carry it to a measuring spot Q3, and the position of the hinge member of a door D is measured by a measuring means W2. Meanwhile, the position of the hinge member of a car body B is measured by a measuring means W1. Based on the measuring information, the control means corrects memory information, according to corrected memory information, the carrying means A carries the door D to a door engaging spot Q2. Through engagement of the two hinge members with each other, a hinge pin is inserted for mounting by means of a mounting means F. This constitution smooths a work to mount the hinge pins to the respective hinge members and enables improvement of reliability of a door mounting work.</p> |
