<p>PURPOSE:To smooth a work to insert a hinge pin through a hinge member and mount the pin by a method wherein the hinge pin inserted in a door hinge member in a way to protrude a door support part from the car body side is brought into contact with a car body hinge member, and after dislocation of the pin, it is protruded by a given distance. CONSTITUTION:A door support part 14 is protruded toward the car body B side in a state in which a hinge pin 1 is inserted in a hinge member H2 of a door D by means of a mounting means F. The hinge pin 1 is brought into contact with a hinge member H1 of the car body B as displacement in a position of the two hinge members H1 and H2 is absorbed by means of a resilient member (a). Thereafter, through dislocation of the hinge pin 1 from the hinge member H2, the door support part 14 is protruded toward the car body B side by a given distance. Displacement in a position of the pin insertion holes of the two hinge members H1 and H2 is reduced as much as possible, and with this state, a mounting means F is actuated again to insert the hinge pins 1 in the two hinge members H1 and H2. This constitution smooths a work to insert the hinge pin through the hinge member and mount the pin and enables execution of an excellent work to mount the door.</p> |
