PURPOSE:To readily produce a fibrous laminated fish-paste product having a readily separable structure by wrapping a fibrous sheet prepared by kerfing a sheet unit around a winding drum to provide a laminated fibrous sheet unit and cutting the sheet unit open to afford a platy laminated fibrous sheet unit. CONSTITUTION:In a cutting mechanism 1, a pair of rolls 11 and 12 are provided so as to nip a sheet unit (S) of fish-paste product and blades for forming fibrous kerfs parallel to the moving direction thereof are provided in at least one of the rolls. In the next winding mechanism 3, the resultant sheet unit (S') formed into a fibrous shape by kerfing is wound in the rotating direction of a winding drum 30 to afford a laminated form. Furthermore, the fibrous sheet unit (S') is cut in the width direction with the first cutter 41 present between the mechanisms 1 and 3 and the laminated sheet unit (S') is simultaneously cut in the width direction with the second cutter 42 to separate the fibrous sheet unit (S') from the winding drum 30. In conveyors 51 to 53, the resultant laminated fibrous sheet unit (S''), located under the mechanism 3 and separated from the winding drum 30 are received and conveyed. |
