An RBT(RingBack Tone) service device of a mobile communication system and a method thereof are provided to additionally equip a server capable of automatically setting an RBT of a user's terminal according to an RBT set in a celebrity terminal, thus a subscriber can easily know RBT information on a favorite celebrity. A CP(Contents Provider) server(80) receives a selected random RBT from a terminal which sets RBTs to set a subscriber number to a mother number, and sets at least more than one subscriber number registered in an additional service by following an RBT of the mother number to child numbers. An RBT server(50) stores the at least more than one child number allocated to the mother number and an RBT sound source code, and delivers an RBT sound source when calls of child number subscribers are set. An RBT synchronization server(70) synchronizes the RBT corresponding to the mother number with RBT sound sources of the at least more than one child number to provide the synchronized RBT to the server(50). |
