The circuit for prohibiting the unauthorised person to access the apparatus stores the secret number to a memory (9) through a remocon (1). When the secret number is input, it is stored in a memory (8) and compared with the stored number in the memory (9) by a comparator (10). If both numbers are same, a switch (SW4) is turned on to operate the apparatus, otherwise the switch is not turned on.
