The fluid powered rotor has two adjacent blades (4,5,45) the distance between which is less than the breadth of the blades. There are blades on the inner ring which are parallel to those of the outer ring. The inner blades moved fixed in the openings between two movably fixed blades. - They communicate mechanically and hydraulically with each other to take up the correct action angle.
