<p>PURPOSE: To quickly use contents or a report by selecting a specific text message stored in a text storage device in response to a recognized trigger phrase and outputting this message to a synthesizer to control it and outputting a synthesized voice signal to a storage and retrieval system. CONSTITUTION: A control means is connected to a recognition means 20, a synthesis means 40, and a text storage means 32. At the time of drawing up a literal report, spoken trigger phrases (prescribed voice signal) are received, and they are combined with the selected prescribed text message to synthesize a voice signal corresponding to the text message. The text message is stored next and is retrieved thereafter. Next, a copy of the selected text message is printed by a printer 34 connected to a control system to obtain a directly printed report.
