The priming anticorrosive substance is determined for the coating of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is formulated on the basis of alkanolammonium esters of synthetic polymer aqueous dispersions, with a content of carboxyl groups, non-toxic anticorrosive pigments, surface-active corrosion inhibitors, inert filling agents and modifying additives, adjusting the rheological properties and a minimum film-forming temperature. The aqueous dispersion contains styrene, acrylic acid esters with a number of carbons C2 to C8 in the alkyl radical, and acrylic acid or methacrylic acid. The anticorrosive substance is incombustible, it does not contain any toxic material and meets environmental requirements when produced and also is processed. It prevents corrosion development under the coating and passives the surface of metals. It is applied by painting (coating), roller coating and, after dilution by water, by spraying or dipping.
