<p>PURPOSE:To enable the resistance value of each output piece of a film pattern to be adjusted after formation of the film pattern by forming a film element at the surface of a substrate, and then removing short-circuit pieces, which electrically short- circuit the parts of the output piece, from one part of the output piece of the film pattern according to intended purposes. CONSTITUTION:In a film element 1, three short-circuit pieces 6 are so formed as to remain at regular intervals in the form of short-circuiting this electric path, at each one part of the outermost electric paths, which have become parallel by being turned down, of the output pieces 53 and 54 which are formed between terminals 41 and 43, and between terminals 43 and 44, respectively, and now, in case that the potential difference between the terminals 42 and 43 in the case where the terminal 41 of the film element 1 is connected to positive and the terminal 44 is connected to negative is out of inspection standard, according to the positive or negative, for example, in case that the potential of the terminal 43 is larger than that of the terminal 42 with the terminal 44 as standard and that the potential difference between the terminals 42 and 43 is made small, any of the short-circuit pieces of the output pieces removed according to the deviation from the inspection standard.</p> |
