<p>PURPOSE:To permit the perfect sealing of the side part of a metallic hoop material and improve the productivity by a method wherein expandable resin material is poured under a condition that the side rim of the lower side metallic hoop material is projected than the upper side metallic hoop material to form a heat insulating continuous sheet material while projected pieces are formed so as to have Y-shape substantially to form covering pieces. CONSTITUTION:Recessed grooves 15, inserting projected parts 19 and inserting recesses 20 are formed on a metallic hoop material 1 by a forming roll while crests 4 and retaining recesses 1 are formed on another metallic hoop material 2. The metallic hoop materials 1, 2 are preheated and expandable resin material, such as hard urethane foam, isocyanurate foam or phenol foam, is poured while a space between the metallic hoop materials 1, 2 is filled with a foamed resin layer 7 by the foaming of the expandable resin material whereby a continuous heat insulating sheet material 8 is formed. Since seal piece members 6a are positioned on horizontal projected pieces 10 to push side seal members 18 against both side surfaces and prevent the leakage of the expandable resin material. The horizontal projected pieces 10 are formed so as to have an U-shape to form covering pieces 9 while the tip ends thereof are bent inwardly to form retaining pieces 22.</p> |
