The coating is created by an additional iron layer of 10<-3> to 10<3> μm in depth containing 0.15 to 5 mass % of at least one element selected from the group formed by copper, nickel, chrome, phosphorus, silicon, manganese, zinc, aluminium and boron, while the content of the individual element of this group does not exceed 0.7 mass %, in respect of the additional mass of iron. Such an additional layer may also contain 0.1 to 0.35 mass % of at least one of metals of rare earth, e.g. yttrium. One method of the creation of this coating is the subject of this invention.
