摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the title radiator of improved far-infrared emissivity by uniformly depositing an ultrafine inorganic substance such as Al2O3 or SiO2 on the surface of a particulate organic polymeric substance. CONSTITUTION:A particulate organic polymeric substance such as a natural product such as rubber, a thermoplastic resin such as PE or a thermosetting resin such as a phenolic resin of a mean particle diameter <=100mum is dispersed in water. A solution of a soluble Al salt such as AlCl3 is added to the formed aqueous suspension, and the resulting mixture is neutralized with aq. NH3, or alternatively sodium aluminate, sodium silicate or the like is added to the suspension and is neutralized with HCl to deposit the formed 0.01-0.02mum alumina or silica hydrate on the surface of the organic polymeric substance particles, which are dehydrated with a filter press and dried to obtain a powerful far- infrared radiator.
