A sliding door vehicle is provided to cover a center rail completely in closing a sliding door by forming a center rail shielding unit for shielding a center rail according to the opening/closing condition of the sliding door. A sliding door vehicle comprises a sliding door slid on the vehicle, a center roller positioned at the center of the sliding door, a center rail(4) placed at the vehicle to transfer the center roller, and a center rail shielding unit(10). The center rail shielding unit for shielding the center rail according to the opening and closing condition of the sliding door consists of a center rail shielding member(12) vertically slid in the center rail, and a shielding member push stick(14). The shielding member push stick placed at the sliding door opens the center rail by upward pushing the center rail shielding member in opening the sliding door. The center rail shielding member has an initial contact portion with the shielding member push stick in opening the sliding door to reduce the friction with the shielding member push stick.
