The system holds and maintains state of solenoid-inserting type high voltage switch using mechanical latch deivce. The system includes a hand-operated handle on case, with an inner toggle spring; a driving shaft for separting or connecting contact point; a solenoid inserted in a subsidiary case, a linked disk; a link connecting plate (44) having a latch lever and a semicircular latch cam (45), latching or eliminating by trip coil (48), rear portion of the plate connecting disk and plunger link, tip portion of the plate forming toggle lever (42).
