PURPOSE:To promote the contact of the back of the bath taker and the hot water, and to prevent a chill after bath, by forming plural uneven parts at the back rest at the inside surface of a bath tub. CONSTITUTION:A bath tub to prevent after-bath chill consists of a bath tub main body 1 with an edge 1A, and numerous uneven parts 2 are formed at the back rest part 1B at the inner surface of the bath tub main body 1 where the human back leans in taking bath. And a drainage hole 3 is provided at the bottom 1C of the bath tub main body 1. Between the back of the bath taker and the uneven parts 2 provided at the inner surface of the bath tub main body 1, a space S where the hot water is circulated is provided, and the hot water passes through the space S to heat the body even from the back. As a result, the body can be heated sufficiently, and a chill while the bath taker washes the body outside the bath tub or after the bath can be delayed sufficiently. And at the same time, the effective spots of the back of the bath taker are stimulated by the uneven parts giving an adequate massage effect. |
