Pouring and/or dosing dispenser for liquids or powder. The dispensor, consists of a passage or chamber (CV) having, a loading inlet (AL) for the substances and opposite, a discharge outlet (TE) for said substances, comprising at least one valve (3, 4) designed to close at least one of these two openings (AL, TE) by cooperating with a seating (S3, S4) towards which or away from which it moves, operating means (11) for externally shifting said valve (3, 4) and, preferably, an air inlet (6) located at a distance from the discharge outlet (TE).
