摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease the number of ICs and patterns by separating a NAND output in a differentiation circuit into 4 kinds of differentiation signal with an inverter, selecting one of them with a selection circuit and outputting the result. CONSTITUTION:An IC circuit consists of two sets of differentiation circuits and they are connected respectively to external devices via terminals. That is, terminals 1-6 are connected to the No.1 differentiation circuit, terminals 8-13 are connected to the No.2 differentiation circuit, and terminals 7, 14 are used respectively for ground and a power terminal. A leading negative logic differentiation signal, a positive logic differentiation signal, trailing negative logic differentiation signal and a positive logic differentiation signal are sent from the differentiation circuit 1 synchronously with a clock signal CLK 2 depending on the rise and fall of an input signal 1, and they are inputted to a selection circuit 2. Four kinds of differentiation signals are extracted from an output terminal by controlling the input signal at an enable terminal in response to the rise and fall of the input data.
