<p>PURPOSE:To dispense with a calking process, to connect a body cover to an appliance main body and to improve the assemblage at low price by fitting the appliance main body and body cover constituting a complete appliance unit into a mounting frame moulded with synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A complete appliance unit 1 constituted by connecting a body cover 3 to an appliance main body 2 is fitted into a fitting hole section 15 of a mounting frame 10. An interlocked projection 4 is anchored and guided by an interlocking projection section 8 between projected lugs 16, and the rear edge of the interlocking projection section 4 is anchored to an anchor section 17. By flexible deformation of a side frame section 14 the interlocking projection section 7 overrides, sliding along an interlocked guide surface 19 of an anchor section 18. The front surface edge on both sides of the body cover 3 is anchored to the anchor section 18. Interlocking projection sections 4 and 7 are pinchingly attached by anchor sections 17 and 18 and the body cover 3 is coupled to the appliance main body 2. A mounting frame 10 is embedded and fixed to a mounted surface such as wall, etc. It is fitted with screws through fitting holes 12 and by means of screw holes 13 a decorative plate is fitted to the front surface of the mounting frame 10.</p> |
