<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and reduce the cost, by a method wherein after resin is made into a state where resin is apt to peel off from a core metal by heating a magnetic body of the core metal and dissolving an adhesive agent fixing the core metal and resin by making use of a high-frequency induction heating device, the resin is separated from the core metal with a peeling blade for collection. CONSTITUTION:When resin 11 with a core metal is entered into a high-frequency induction heating coil 9, only a magnetic body of the core metal 11a is heated in a moment. An adhesive agent 11c fixing the core metal 11a and resin 11b is dissolved with this heat. Height position of the resin 11 with the core which has become apt to peel off in this manner is fixed by a positioning roller 4 and it is constituted so that the tip of a peeling blade 5 passes through a boarderline between the core metal 11a and resin 11b. The resin 11b peeled off so as to scrape off with this is discharged while receiving tension by a drawing-out roller 6 whose peripheral speed is made high similarly to the peeling blade 5. In addition, the separated core metal 11a is discharged by passing through a space between pinch rollers 3c, 3f.</p> |
