PURPOSE:To mount a film on a lid main body without necessitating the using a precision drawn mold by pressing and folding peripheral edges of an aluminum laminate film by means of the end of a cylindrical jig, moving forward the cylindrical jig and mounting the aluminum laminate film on a top plate and an insertion cylinder part of the lid main body. CONSTITUTION:The surface side of a top plate 2 of a lid main body 1 is brought into contact with the surface of a support jig 21, and an aluminum laminate film 11 is disposed on the upper surface forming the inner surface side of said top plate 2. The film is cut into round shape by means of cutting blade 41, 41 when being disposed on a cover main body 1. Then, the aluminum laminate film 11 is pressed to the lid main body 1 by an annular pressing fittings 31. A cylindrical jig 25 is lowered to press and fold a peripheral edge 12 of the aluminum laminate film 11 and push the same into an annular recessed channel 3 of the lid main body 1 by means of the end 26 of the cylindrical jig 25, and also the peripheral edge 12 of the aluminum laminate film 11 is brought into contact with the inner surface of a folded section 7 of a flange 6 at the end of the cylindrical jig 25 while the cylindrical jig 25 is moved forward. The inner diameter of the end 26 of the cylindrical jig 25 has the dimension of an inserting cylindrical section 3 of the lid main body 1 with double of the dimension of the thickness of the aluminum laminate film 11 being added thereto. |
