PURPOSE:To lower a capacity of a battery by supplying electricity from one battery to a plurality of lighting units having different time rating when common electric power source becomes abnormal and at the same time measuring the time of electric supply from the battery at the abnormal time and either separating them from the battery after the rating time or lowering consumption electric power by a timer. CONSTITUTION:Electricity is supplied from an AC lighting apparatus 3a, 3b when a common electric power source 1 is normal so as to light lamps 2a, 2b by switches 6a, 6b. A secondary battery 9 is charged using the electric power source 1. When the electricity is stopped or the voltage of the electricity is lowered, a switch 7 detects that and the switches 6a, 6b are changed and at the same time an electricity supplying switch 10 at an abnormal time is closed and electricity from the battery 9 is supplied to a timer 11 through the switch 10. Further, electricity is supplied to high frequency lighting apparatus 4a, 4b through lighting switches 5a, 5b so as to start the timer 11 for time measuring and maintain the lighting conditions. Then, after a prescribed time passes, the high frequency lighting units 4a, 4b are successively separated from the battery 9. |
