<p>PURPOSE:To perform a measurement with disturbing light being shielded observing an organism inside by a method wherein a case for holding an organism is made opaque and a part of the case is made of a material that permeats visible light, not a wavelength of a measuring light. CONSTITUTION:Light with three wavelengths is emitted from laser diodes 2a, 2b and 2c at a measuring light generating section 1 which generates near infrared rays for measurement is introduced into a case 7 for organisms through light guides 3a, 3b, 3c and 5 to irradiate an organism 6. A measuring light is introduced to a detector 11 through a light guide 8 and a filter 10 and processed with an arithmetic section 12 to be shown on a display section 13. The organism case 7 is made of a special glass that transmits visible light not a wavelength of the measuring light. Thus, the organism 6 is observable from outside while a measuring data is not affected by disturbing light.</p> |
