In the case of a fastening plate (20) for fastening a pipe clamp (10), threaded bushes (24), into which threaded bolts (18) of the pipe clamp can be screwed, are formed by hexagonal collar nuts with a conical collar (30), which can be pressed into bores (26) of the fastening plate from the side opposite the pipe clamp (10). The collar (30) of the nuts is received by conical cutouts (28) in the fastening plate (20). This type of construction permits the use of commercially available nuts for forming the threaded bushes and permits simple, stable and reliable fastening. <IMAGE>
