PURPOSE: To dye fast cellulose-containing fiber materials with excellent fixing ratio by the pad dyeing process using a mixture of a specific fiber-reactive phthalocyanine dye and a fiber-reactive colorless compound. CONSTITUTION: Cellulose fibers are padded in an alkali padding bath at the normal temperature containing a fiber-reactive phthalocyanine dye of formula I [PC is a residue of copper phthalocyanine; W is OH and/or N(R3 )R4 ; K is 1-3; R1 is H, a halogen or the like; (R2 )0-2 is 0-2 substituents selected from a 1-4C alkyl and a 1-4C alkoxy; R3 and R4 are each H or the like; B is a direct bond or (CH2 )n (n is 0 or 1-6); R is formula II or the like (a IK is a 1-7C alkylene; V is H or the like; Z is aβ-sulfatoethyl or the like)] and a colorless compound, for example, a cyclic aliphatic or aromatic amine of formula III (Z is same as cited above), then allowed to stand air-tightly at 25 deg.C for 24 hours. The combination of the reactive colorless compound attains the dyeing of increased fixing ratio and higher wet color fastness than those of the conventional pad dyeing at normal temperature.
