PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of coring at the time of plunging an injection needle and to obtain a sanitary plug body by welding a thin film of plastics along the rear surface of a rubber plug to the top end of an inside plug. CONSTITUTION:The plastics, such as polypropylene and high-density polyethylene of homopolymer or contg. ethylene up to 20mol%, and these plastics incorporated with fillers, such as calcium carbonate, are used for the outside plug 1 and inside plug 5 and polypropylene, polyethylene, fluoroplastic, etc., are used for the thin film 8. The plug constituted in such a manner is formed by fitting and supporting the inside plug 5 to a jig 10 and disposing the rubber plug 7 opposite to the upper part thereof. The thin film 8 previously molded to the shape conformed to the shape of the bottom end face of the rubber plug 7 is kept fitted to the bottom end face of the rubber plug 7. The lower side of the rubber plug is covered with the extremely thin film in this way and the generation of coring is prevented. |
