<p>PURPOSE:To enable high pressure fluid to be obtained at a fixed pressure from pressure gas even if its pressure changes, by causing expansion work of the pressure gas to lift a dead-weight loaded piston and lowering the piston by its dead weight. CONSTITUTION:A hollow inner cylinder 22 is provided inside an outer cylinder 21 extending through a bottom plate 21a, and a rod 24 of a dead-weight loaded piston 23, slided along an internal surface of the outer cylinder 21 and an external surface of the inner cylinder 22, is slided in a hollow part 22a of the inner cylinder 22. Then pressure gas is introduced into a space S3 from a pressure gas supply G1 through a regulating valve G2 so as to lift the piston 23 by expansion of the gas, and the piston 23 is lowered by its dead weight by using a releasing valve G3. In this way, fluid, introduced into the hollow part 22a through a check valve F2 from a treated object fluid supply F1, is pressurized by the rod 24 and discharged from a high pressure fluid take-out valve F3 as high pressure fluid at a fixed pressure so that the fluid may be repeatedly actuated.</p> |
